Register as an individual for the Monday Recreational Foam League. Individual registration is a great way to meet people and play dodgeball if you don't have a full team of your own!

About the Monday Recreational 7" Foam League:

- A Rec division for Rec players! This co-ed league uses 7" foam balls and official WDBF rules.
- This division is intended for individuals or teams who are new to dodgeball or who are at a recreational skill level with 7" WDBF Foam dodgeball. Play the WDBF Foam game in less competitive environment against similarly-skilled teams and have a ton of fun in the process!
- Players who have participated at any Dodgeball Canada Nationals are not permitted in this division. A maximum of 2 players who have played in DE Wednesday Division 1 per team. 
- If you want to be placed on a team with a friend(s), there is a section on the registration form for you to let us know. The more dodgeballers, the merrier!
- Individual registrants will be placed together to form teams.
- Spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis; the sooner you register, the better.
- Roster sizes and gender distributions may vary, depending on number and ratio of registrants.
- Team rosters will be revealed and all players notified by April 1, 2023.
- The first date of games is tentatively scheduled for the week of April 3, 2023.
- The season consists of at least 9 weeks of games.

Register as an individual for the Men's Tuesday Foam League.

Specifically about the Men's Tuesday 7" Foam League:

- Format: Men's, 6-on-6 (may be modified depending on registration numbers). 7" Foam balls and official WDBF Dodgeball rules are used for this league.

- The Tuesday 7" Foam League consists of all players registering as individuals, then being placed onto teams for the duration of the season. Dodgeball Edmonton will curate the team rosters for the league by using team captain selection or a player ranking system.

- Players of all skill levels are welcome to register for this league, and each team will have an evenly-mixed level of player skill.

- The first date of games is tentatively scheduled for the week of April 4, 2023. - The season consists of at least 9 weeks of play, including playoffs.
